Meet Sally O'Hara

My work starts at the meeting point of fit, anatomy and the way a horse actually goes. I'm a qualified bit and bridle fitter, an advanced bit-fit consultant, and a trained equine sports and rehab therapist — so I understand how the structures of the head connect to the whole horse.

I'm completely independent. I'm not tied to any one brand, which means I can recommend whatever genuinely suits your horse. I carry a large selection of bits from various makers, plus bridles and bridle components, so I can build a bridle for you on the spot — and arrange a bespoke bridle, made in England from English leather, when that's what's needed.

I carry full business insurance, including public liability, for complete peace of mind when I'm working with you and your horse.

Working alongside other professionals

Bit and bridle fit touches everything, so I work closely with horse physiotherapists and dental vets. I can arrange a multidisciplinary team to give a talk to your club or yard — all working together for the best outcome for your horse.
